Storage Methods for Snow Removal Equipment
① When storing equipment for extended periods after use, store it under a covered structure using storage legs. Exercise caution during attachment and detachment for safety.
② Completely remove foreign substances such as calcium chloride, sand, and salt from the hopper and clean it thoroughly.
③ Inspect all hoses, pipes, and screw connections to ensure they are securely fastened.
④ Adjust the tension of the conveyor belt to prevent belt damage and check the rotation of the carrier and return rollers.
⑤ Remove the electrical control box and store it indoors in a well-ventilated area.
⑥ Inspect all electrical cables and connection points for damage.
⑦ Inject grease into all grease nipples.
⑧ Inspect painted surfaces for damage and repaint to prevent equipment corrosion.
